Digital Match to the Labor Market – DMLM (Erasmus+, 1.1.2025 – 31.12.2026)
Stadin AO is a partner in Denmark coordinated project.
The main objective of the project is to provide a prototype set of digital skills training modules to pave the way for a training for adult immigrants with a newcomer background and settling into the highly digitalised Northen European countries. To realise this, teachers and trainers involved in the training concerned with preparing newcomers to the labor market play a key role in the development process. The project will involve employers by a survey, to ensure that the project works with the latest and closely relevant findings. The project includes both virtual and on-site activities for teachers and students, as students will be assigned by surveys, and they will also have the possibility to take part in the on-site Hackerton seminar during the project.
A sustainable future work – Bebe Verde (Erasmus+, 1.9.2024 – 31.8.2026)
Stadin AO is the coordinator, with partner educational institutions from the Netherlands and Spain.
Project goals are to create a learning concept for VET and test it during the project, to improve dissemination of sustainability by the learning concept and especially encourage students to influence their own future – visioning a sustainable future. The aim for the students is to create professional future work cards during the project. The project includes virtual and on-site activities, where each school will involve 2 teachers and 5 students in each work-packages. The project is multidisciplinary, based on the qualifications offered by the partner institutions.
Avoiding and Dealing with Multicultural Conflicts in VET (Nordplus, 1.6.2024 – 31.5.2026)
Stadin AO is the coordinator, with partner VET colleges from Norway, Sweden and Finland.
The project aim is to develop a study unit, which gives students in vocational education an understanding of the most important cultural values and work life expectations. Vocational education is one of the main fields of education where adult immigrants are trained, thus it is important to find effective ways of helping students to learn cultural skills. The goal is to prevent and to be able to resolve conflicts that may arise from not understanding central expectations or for some other reason not complying with them. The project includes on-site and virtual project development as well as teacher training in each organisation.
