Stadin AO’s further vocational and specialist vocational qualifications provide advanced professional skills. These qualifications are more comprehensive than initial vocational upper secondary qualifications.

You can complete further vocational and specialist vocational qualifications through an apprenticeship. Read more about apprenticeship training.

• Apprenticeship training requires that you have a job in the relevant field, suitable for the training.
• Apprenticeship training is free of charge for the student, except for possible learning material costs.

Some programmes can only be completed through an apprenticeship and in the Finnish language.

Please note: Contact the teacher in charge of a specific programme if

• you want to complete a study unit (i.e. part of the qualification) at your own expense without an apprenticeship.
• you wish to complete only the skills demonstration. For this you must have adequate education and work experience.

Further vocational qualifications
