At Helsinki Vocational College (Stadin AO), the primary language of instruction is Finnish, so you need to have a good command of Finnish or at least some knowledge of the language before enrolling. If necessary, we will assess your language skills before you apply.

With us, you can complete an initial vocational qualification or deepen your expertise with vocational and specialist vocational qualifications. You can also complete an individual unit or units of a qualification. By completing a unit of qualification, you can quickly acquire the skills you need or expand your expertise.

You can also take part in individual short courses, licencing courses and certification programmes.
